Czechs, Germans, Spaniards, etc, don't go to drink at cafés, they go to pubs and bars.<br /><br />Here in CZ you can see blokes necking pint after pint with their mates, paying their tab and then, at most, stumbling home. If they interact with someone else, it's usually in a friendly way.<br /><br />I've been to plenty of pretty rough pubs in Prague and beyond, never had a problem with anyone, no matter how drunk people were.
